Don Carlos has extensively studied and researched the mesmerizing process of tequila, proudly cultivating his own agave plants in 800 hectares of fields, with over 1 million Blue Agave Webber plants at different stages of maturity; he personally selects each individual plants to produce the finest tequila in México.
